AND Services has a rare opportunity due to our growth , we are in search of Customer Service Reps
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
Customer service will be taking calls from our existing and new customers scheduling Air conditioning or Plumbing appointments.
Dispatch service calls to the technicians
Answering incoming phone calls quickly and professionally
Interacting politely and efficiently with customers
Scheduling service jobs with our software
Assisting technicians in communicating with the customers
Monitoring the daily service boards
Monitor daily status of all field technicians
QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years experience in dispatching
Knowledge of computer software
Typing by touch
Fast learner
Multi - tasking
Team player
Problem solver
Have a good memory for details
Positive attitude/personality
Great communication skills
Punctual with a good attendance record
clean criminal background and drug free
phone experience in a high volume setting
Customer service experience
knowledge of the Tampa bay Area
