Job Summary: The M&A Finance Manager will be part of a lean, highly visible and high-impact team. The individual will be involved in managing and supporting many aspects of the Company's global M&A processes, with a focus on financial due diligence and managing the sign-to-close activities.
This critical role will ensure the delivery of high quality financial and non- financial information to enable key decision making for specific transactions the Company is assessing. You will interact regularly with Corporate Development and other stakeholders within and outside of Finance to ensure the seamless execution and close of M&A transactions.

Responsibilities
• In-depth knowledge to support and manage financial due diligence process, this will include but not limited to managing external consultants.
• Review and analyze deal models to ensure assumptions align with Company's assumptions for the deal and identify deal risks (financial and non-financial).
• Provide finance support for other complex transactions including earn-out arrangements, asset impairments, real-estate, and leasing transactions.
• Project management support including preparation of project plans, status update decks, and issues trackers.
• Cultivate and build strong, productive working relationships with all stakeholders within Finance (e.g., Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Risk, etc.) and outside of Finance (e.g., Corporate Development, FP&A, Legal, etc.) as well as with the Target to manage M&A transactions throughout the entire deal lifecycle.
• Assist with other strategic projects as necessary including Joint Ventures (JVs), divestitures, etc.
• Prepare presentations and other deliverables to key stakeholders to enable key decision making.
• Assist with other workstreams within M&A Finance on an as-needed basis (e.g., valuation and PPA, coordinating audit support for M&A activities, etc.).
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree and CPA qualification preferred.
• 5-8 years of total finance and accounting experience preferred, with a minimum of 3-5 years working within the transaction advisory group of a Big 4 (or equivalent) with emphasis on financial due diligence; exposure with valuation and PPA would be a plus but not required.
• In-depth understanding of quality of earnings, debt and debt-like items, and net working capital analysis.
• Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; ability to lead and navigate through ambiguity.
• Aptitude for analytical and numerical analysis with high intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to concisely convey complex details to a broad audience.
• Hands on, can do attitude, results orientated, highly organized and a team player.
