Full Job Description Our company is looking for an energetic, well-spoken Junior Campaign Manager to join our team in assisting the senior staff with addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our clients’ products and services. We are a local marketing firm that assists our clients with implementing strategic initiatives that build their customer base and increase repeat business.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
• An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related customer facing field may be advantageous.
• Ensure customer satisfaction or referring customers to responsible parties.
• Model and supervise the selling environment to ensure the highest level of customer service.
• Represent and support the company by fostering strong business relationships.
• Monitor team sales targets and other metrics, provide feedback to the leadership team.
• Ensure retail standards are consistently executed per the company guidelines.
• Ability to apply constructive feedback.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Identifying opportunities to up-sell other products and services.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business.
