As a Software Services Mgr Sr within PNC's Retail Technology Digital Run organization, you will be based in Tampa FL
In this role, you will be responsible for the technology and applications portfolio that support our mission critical Digital self service channels. You will lead your organization, in collaboration with your partners, through the transformation of the Retail application portfolio leveraging modern technologies (micro services, containers, etc.) while integrating Site Reliability Engineering / Build to Manage principles in our operation.

• Oversees the support and implementation of multiple, complex, organization-wide systems.
• Allocates and ensures resource arrangements during the application & production life cycle.
• Maintains relationships with business partners and vendors to ensure the implementation quality of application systems.
• Provides solutions or recommendations on complicated technology issues for application resiliency and enhancements.

Competencies
Application Delivery Process – Knowledge of major tasks, deliverables, and formal application delivery methodologies; ability to utilize these in order to deliver new or enhanced applications.
Application Development Tools – Knowledge of and ability to utilize a variety of specific tools and toolkits for the development and support of applications.
IT Environment – Knowledge of an organization's IT purposes, activities and standards; ability to create an effective IT environment for business operations.
Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry-relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
