job summary The Application Administrator will be an integral part of the installation, configuration and support of a specific application at Client . The Application Administrator will install, test, implement and optimize the application at Client . Install all prerequisite 3rd party software (Example OC4J, JDK, Oracle client software etc) and configure the required software in accordance with the specifications contained in the application install documentation. location Tampa, Florida job type Contract work hours 8am to 5pm education Bachelors responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that arise in the application systems. Perform all the required database and applications administration activities in development, test and production environments. Support GO-LIVE activities. At least 5 years of experience in the installation, configuration and support of the database in use by the application. Communication skills computer programming acumen and the ability to analyze systems and determine how these systems can meet client needs.
