Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist (PT) is a professional member of the health care team who provides Physical Therapy services to patients in compliance with all applicable practice acts. The Physical Therapist performs duties within standards of clinical practice as defined by the Department of Professional Regulation, the American Physical Therapy Association and the policies and procedures of the agency, and who functions under the direction of a physician and nursing supervisor in the deliverance of skilled Physical Therapy care to the client
