Sunpro Solar is seeking a Utility Coordinator (Interconnection Specialist) in Fresno, CA who will report to the Regional Utility Lead and Utility Manager. The Utility Coordinator will be responsible for handling the daily administration of solar program applications, conforming to the operations schedule and utility requirements. The position interacts daily with internal departments, as well as with external customers and Utility Companies.
Responsibilities:
• Update utility information in CRM.
• Submit and follow up on high-volume interconnection applications.
• Submit and follow up on high-volume meter swap requests.
• Update Database with current regulations and requirements.
• Process utility rebates when necessary.
• Develop and maintain relationships with utility companies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Detail-oriented
• Organized
• Sense of Urgency
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Technologically proficient
• Salesforce experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player
• Utility background a plus
• High-speed Internet
This position is remote. Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm.
