Full Job Description Client Support Representative
Seek Capital was founded in 2014 and our investors include firms with significant experience in Fintech and are highly regarded in the industry.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of highly competitive and collaborative individuals as we continue on this path of rapid growth. Our customer is a startup or early- stage small business owner, and we offer business funding to enable them to start or grow their business. The client support’s core responsibility is to assist with the gathering of important legal documents from the client for their business funding. We have to date, originated in excess of $300 million and have grown 500%+ in the last 4 years.
We deeply believe that having the best people on our team and providing them with extensive training to best represent our company and our services is the hallmark of our success to date. Role Description

Seek Capital is expanding its Client Support team to keep up with the recent surge in demand for our services.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Provide outstanding customer service and a positive first impression for the client
• Troubleshoot and answer questions related to our funding program, integrations, and billing from our customers via phone, email, and chat
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and willingness to help are critical to the success of this position
• Availability and punctuality are key components to this position and you may be required to arrive early, stay late, and work occasional weekends
• Answer phones to assist with customer requests, handle mail, email and faxes timely.
• Maintain compliance and follow record keeping procedures including proper file documentation for every client and proper upkeep of Salesforce, bank communications, and IRS documents
• Contact clients regarding required documents and proactively ask if any changes in credit score
• Conduct proper follow-up procedures to help retain accounts.
• Focus on retention of current accounts
• Through extensive training, become extremely knowledgeable in small business owners, their challenges, their priorities and how funding can help them with their business needs
• Understand your analytics and how your performance stacks up against quota and the team
• Hit or exceed quota. We hire amazing people, provide them amazing training, and expect amazing results
• Be focused on your career progression to be promoted internally
• As your knowledge base grows, be willing to help newer team members
Who we’re looking for:
We want highly competitive, highly talented individuals who truly believe they can be our top producing Client Support Representative within 6 months. You may or may not have direct experience, but you are a fast learner, have excellent communication skills, are a team player, and have a genuine desire to learn and improve.
Required Traits and Skills:

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Comfortable working with multiple software platform
• Strong ability to learn from a proven sales script while infusing your personality into this structure
Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in handling important documents
• Experience working with small business owners
• Proven track record of competitive spirit and results (for example; sports teams, organized music, etc.)
• Experience using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
Salary & Benefits:

Pay: $18.50 per hour
