Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Type: M-F (40 hrs/week)
Wage/Salary: $14.00/hrly.
Paid time off
Most Government holidays are paid
401k with up to 7% company match
Remote work available upon completion of training
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
• High volume of inbound and outbound calls daily
• Vetting leads to make sure they meet required criteria
• Printing letters and sorting incoming documents
• Coordinating outgoing mail and filing
• Scheduling conference calls
Qualifications:
• Clear Communications skills
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Competence in Microsoft word and Excel
• Ability to prioritize in a fact paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
