Full Job Description Job Description:
• Provide support and service to law offices in the field, related to their billing and invoicing requirements
• Provide a high volume of invoicing support, including working roughly 50 tickets per day, entering relevant client invoicing information, and assisting with escalated invoicing issues
• Determine business partner needs and prioritize escalated requests while updating systems accordingly
• Maintain a high level of proficiency in the accounting applications and resources utilized by the team
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Ability to learn and adapt to new billing and accounting systems
• 2 or more years of relevant billing or invoicing experience required, either in an accounting or billing position
• Strong communication skills since servicing field locations will be a huge priority
• Basic Excel skills
