Full Job Description Immigration Support-Recruiting, HR background - Tampa FL
This role will be a liaison between Stakeholders/Managers/ Candidates pending Visas or immigration status and various other parties internally and externally including but not limited to legal and risk. The ideal candidate will have experience and understanding of Immigration and paper work needed, be very organized and deadline driven.
• Support recruiters with candidate and legal interaction for all immigration needs.
• Interface with outside legal counsel on:
o External hiring eligibility approvals for candidates requiring sponsorship
o Internal candidates approval/eligibility to move to new role
o Internal candidates cross border transfers into the US
o Visa Transfers post offer (externals)
o Prevailing wage information requests
• Interface with candidates, managers and RCs on immigration paperwork, additional information requests, visa status’s and revised start dates (if Visas are delayed)
Payrate - $28/hr on w2 pay and $60kannually after conversion
