Merchant Services is the global payment processing business for JPMorgan Wholesale Payments and is the world’s leading merchant acquirer with over $1 trillion in annual transaction volume.The Senior Product Manager – Pay Out will join the Accept Domain to help drive the support, maintenance, growth and enhancement of our Core Platform Pay Out product offering that includes successful and timely Funding of client’s card sales proceeds and support for client B2B and B2C payouts via Push to Card. The individual will be responsible for driving the vision, roadmap and direction for Pay Out products for the Merchant Services Accept domain, from owning the P&L for the nascent Push to Card offering to leading cross functional efforts to delivering interconnected product capabilities across Wholesale Payments to enhancing functionality and features for Client Funding options.

The individual will be responsible for driving the vision, roadmap and direction for Pay Out products for the Merchant Services Accept domain, from owning the P&L for the nascent Push to Card offering to leading cross functional efforts to delivering interconnected product capabilities across Wholesale Payments to enhancing functionality and features for Client Funding options.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Product Manager that has a combination of business and technical skills and the flexibility to pivot between both as audience and needs demand.  The candidate must be comfortable defining a client value proposition at the same time as partnering with technology leads to prioritize their backlog.  The candidate should be comfortable presenting at senior levels of the organization and possess the ability to articulate concepts and strategic initiatives in a concise, clear & data driven manner while also available to scrum teams to refine epics and ensure that technical requirements are fully understood and delivered.
Responsibilities
• Strategic thinking on how the organization delivers card based Pay Out products to the market from Push to Card to Accelerated Funding options
• Close collaboration with Technology partners to deliver required changes to the product offering
• Establish thought leadership and drive strategy for the evolution and maturation of product offerings
• Create and evolve internal and client facing materials
• Work closely with cross functional partners, and clients to understand client needs, changes in industry landscape, and help drive solutions that are meaningful for clients
• Develop product roadmaps, business cases and other artifacts necessary to drive support for new product initiatives
• Contribute to the financial success of product outcome, including pricing strategy for products/services
• Deliver and maintain accurate, up to date marketing collateral for the product
• Structure and present reporting and updates to senior management
• Engage regularly with Field teams (Business Development and Relationship Management) to better understand client needs and solicit client feedback and deliver against it
• Ensure that projects are completed in accordance with all Risk, Architecture and other relevant firm-wide guidelines
• Deliver and/or coordinate product training and knowledge transfer sessions
• Identify issues quickly, escalate and bring to closure, with a critical focus on client experience
• Provide product expertise to partners across the organization to resolve client issues
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required/MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management and development
• Experience in agile product delivery practices
• Expertise in payments - acquiring/acceptance/payment processing and/ card brand/debit network experience preferred
• Team player and capable of building relationships with key business and technical partners
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and learn quickly
• Deep understanding of product development lifecycle and deployment of new payment solutions
• Talent for communication of complex business topics
• General business strategy acumen
