Key Job Responsibilities:
• Deliver the LRCM Strategic roadmap and priorities through partnership with Technology and the Business
• Balance the needs and requirements of multiple stakeholders to effectively prioritize the backlog and align with the LRCM platform vision
• Identify opportunities for innovation and simplification of the end-to-end user experience
• Partner with stakeholders aligned to the OLO & LRCM Programs including: Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Operational Risk, Finance, CCORD, ELA, Business partners and the various lines of business
• Provide product expertise to partners across the organization to resolve stakeholder and user issues
• Deliver and/or coordinate product training and knowledge transfer sessions
• Clearly document use cases, product requirements, epics, and stories to support the agile scrum team
• Coordinate UAT testing and release management activities, including change requests, post-install validations, defect tracking, and production issue resolution
• Develop dashboards, briefings, and discussion materials for senior executives and stakeholders to provide transparency and facilitate decision-making (leveraging Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools)
Skillset / Experience Requires:
The candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment and capable of communicating and escalating appropriately across a large audience. Additional requirements include:
• 3-5 years experience in technical product development  and project and/or program management role
• Experience with Agile development and Kanban and/or Scrum methodologies
• Experience in designing/building integration solutions with modern technology stacks, including, APIs, microservices, public cloud, etc - preferred
• Strong familiarity with the Legal, Compliance or Risk Management organization - preferred though not essential
• Experience writing and managing technology requirements required
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate technical topics to a non-technical audience and business needs to a technical audience
• Strong ability to analyze opportunities & problems, recommend solutions, and execute effectively & confidently
• Strong influencing and partnership / skills to drive collaboration in cross-functional teams
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with ability to establish trust and credibility with stakeholders and partners
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), Master’s or MBA preferred
• PMP or CSPO certification a plus
