The Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk Metrics and Analytics (CCOR MAP) team is part of the firm’s Compliance, Conduct and Operational risk (CCOR) organization within the second line of defense . The CCOR organization is responsible for the design and execution of the CCOR program, which consists of the second line of defense’s responsibilities in managing the firm’s compliance, conduct, and operational risk. The Metrics & Analytics team works with CCOR functional groups to deliver a suite of solutions designed to facilitate data-driven decision making and enable proactive compliance, conduct, and operational risk management. The CCOR MAP team is tasked with designing, developing and implementing metrics, dashboards and analytical tools to support the effective identification, monitoring and escalation of compliance, conduct and operational risk issues for reporting to senior management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Document and present project and change management progress across diverse, multi-disciplined strategic projects within the CCOR Metrics and Analytics portfolio to management, partners, and other key stakeholders
• Lead project and change management processes from planning, mobilization, requirements gathering through to delivery including stakeholder management, communication and reporting
• Participate in Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk initiatives as a Business Analyst
• Partner with multiple teams/functions to identify new and/or enhance existing analytics to monitor 1st, 2nd and 3rd lines of defense in Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk
• Design and manage the development of metrics, dashboards, analytical tools and applications
• Assess the availability of source data to support development initiatives and work closely with technology development teams to communicate requirements, test and implement strategic data storage and reporting
• Partner closely with the technology front and back stakeholder groups, across all levels of the CCOR organization and the firm

• Possesses strong organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple activities and has solid understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile
• Possesses excellent communication and engagement skills
• Manages multiple project deliverables to ensure timely delivery
• Pieces together various data from multiple sources to understand key information that can be used to create and/or enhance the design for firmwide framework solutions
• Engages and partners with Technology and/or other stakeholders to define business requirements to deliver project solutions
• Engages and partners with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of program deliverables to reach target state
• Is a team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and builds sustainable and productive partnerships
