This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines, Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
• Knowledge of industry wide technology strategies and best practices, ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
• 5+ years in development of Oracle database, SQL
• 3+ years in development of Unix / Linux programming, and Perl / Korn / Shell scripts
• 3+ years in configuring BMC Control-M Schedules
• Exposure to Oracle administration and OEM
• Proficiency in writing unit tests and using testing frameworks such as Cucumber/Selenium.
• Experience using the agile methodology as well as an ability to lead and influence others
• Strong knowledge of tools that aid the Agile development process, e.g., JIRA. Ability to drive agile adoption in various organizations, dealing with teams with a mix of low to none to and intermediate agile awareness and maturity. Demonstrated meet and enforce ability to deadlines while dealing with competing priorities, motivated by a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
