RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Support. The Operations team is responsible for the oversight and completion of a variety of compliance back office operation functions performed both in the US and off-shore, including the analysis of information related to transactions impacting personal and firm independence and developing corrective action plans as required. The Ethics & Compliance Support will measure and report on the quality of work performed by offshore process teams and report on the quality of that work to the senior associates, and handle more complex aspects of operational functions. The Ethics & Compliance Support will also resolve issues raised by offshore resources where non-standard interaction with engagement teams. Additional duties of the Ethics & Compliance Support include:
• Address issues raised by business transactions impacting personal and firm independence
• Assist in the identification and development of standardized procedures where appropriate
• Participate in rotational assignments to broaden knowledge and skill base to facilitate process improvement
• Develop impactful internal communications and training content to educate partners and staff members on Ethics & Compliance (E&C)-related topics
• Collaborate with E&C functional teams to update and enhance E&C policies
• Collaborate with E&C functional teams to update and enhance E&C intranet portal presence
• Collaborate with E&C functional teams, learning and development, communications and change, internal technology resources to develop and deliver training and communications
• Provide change management support to enable successful and timely execution of E&C team projects (e.g., new systems, processes)
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of the compliance function in a professional services organization
• Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented and highly motivated
• Must be able to support multiple projects/activities/priorities running in parallel
• Prior writing, copy editing, communications and/or training experience
