Fanatical Support Specialist
The Role
The Fanatical Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to Payzli merchants, and the Sales Partner team in new account submission and onboarding.
This role requires working closely with the Sales Partner team and directly with current, and prospective merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Fanatical Support Specialist include, but are not limited to:
Account Boarding
• Assist sales partners to board new merchants onto Payment Gateway, and facilitate point of sale hardware downloads and similar services.
• Work directly with the underwriting team to answer any questions on applications submitted by Sales Partner team.
• Ensure data accuracy in our systems by referencing documentation provided by the Sales Partner team.
• Order equipment for newly boarded merchant accounts.
• Assist Integrated Software Vendor (ISV) referral partners with the onboarding of their customers, working directly with all parties involved to get necessary documentation or information.
Tier II Support
• Assist Merchants and Sales Partners as needed with technical support and trouble-shooting of various payments hardware and software products, including referral/escalation of complex issues for Tier II handling and resolution.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Product/Account Change Requests – Note and report to supervisor any product/account changes requested in order to reduce support needs and increase sales.
• Continuing Partner Education
Inform partners of new features and benefits of Payzli’s products and services so they are aware of and able to capitalize on new sales opportunities.
• Other duties, as assigned.

• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication.
• Must be able to work independently to achieve results.
• Coachable and willing to learn new methods and procedures
• Must be good at problem solving and have good research skills.
• Must be organized and have good time management skills.
• Must be team oriented and possess a professional demeanor in a corporate environment.
• PC proficient with Microsoft Office Suite experience in Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook. HubSpot experience is a plus
