We have a great opportunity for a Practice Coordinator I . The ideal candidate is responsible for various administrative and operational functions to support the Division to which the Practice Coordinator is assigned. The Practice Coordinator I acts as a resource to the hospital, providers, and patient community.

Responsibilities
• Works collaboratively with Envision's Operations and Client Services Departments to complete/process necessary forms for Credentialing, Payroll, Human Resources, and Legal to ensure timeliness of onboarding.
• Assist with the recruitment effort for open positions including submission of request, communication with sourcing solution, scheduling interviews with key personnel and prepares interview agenda, etc.
• Works with Practice Manager to ensure timeliness of new Provider contracts and employee start dates
• Assists the Practice Manager, Director of Operations, and/or clinical leadership with meeting agendas, and maintains attendance and minutes.
• Assists in the resolution of staffing and patient issues and remains current on policies and procedures
• Assists Quality Specialists with data collection and aggregation for reporting.
• Support perinatal nurse navigators with various tasks, including data collection & follow up.
• Assists in payroll processes for newborn hearing screen staff and collaborates with work force department with the implementation of time and attendance system.
• In coordination with Clinical and Practice Management Leadership, liaison with the hospital to facilitate problem resolution and goal setting.
• Helps facilitate credentialing of newborn hearing screen staff by obtaining all necessary documents to expedite provider processing and act as liaison between Hospital MSO and Envision credentialing process.
• Develops relationships with providers, clinical and non-clinical leadership to communicate initiatives.
• Attends site visits with Practice Manager or Regional Practice Director.
• Responsible for various projects to drive division strategies.
• Participates in newborn hearing start-ups and/or acquisitions.; including but not limited to onsite training.
• Performs other clerical duties as assigned.
Physician or Facility Support:
• Acts as intake desk/receptionist, administrative assistant for operations.
• Provides support to Practice Manager and/or Clinical leadership with the completion of provider schedules including urgent staffing issues and publishing and distribution of schedules if applicable.
• Assist Practice Manager or Clinical Leadership to prepare for any leaves of absences/terminations and communicates staffing needs accordingly.
• Interface with Corporate resources as necessary, including: Central Services, Human Resources, Revenue Cycle Management, and Payroll to ensure the effective and efficient operations of the practices at each facility. Liaison for Envision's Corporate Resources for each assigned facility.
• Assists in coordinating facility specific orientation and facilitates system access by working with Envision IT staff.
• Other duties may include:
• Reviews and submit invoices to AP for payment
• Calculates financial metrics and variances from budgets
• Assists in gathering documentation for external auditors
• Obtains and renews certificates of insurance for malpractice
• Collects annual clinical bonus amounts for approval
• Prepares other reporting requests as needed
• Reads and abides by the company's code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs.
• Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company.
• Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department.
• Responsible for adhering to Information Security Policies and ensuring Envision is as secure as possible.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education/Experience:
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 or more years of related experience; Associates Degree preferred
• Supports one practice or facility
Certificates and Licenses:
• Certified hearing screen through the National Center for Hearing Assessment & Management or must obtain within (15) days of hire
