Job duties:
• Oversee projects and initiatives from senior HR leadership
• Manage employee relations with assistance from HR Generalist
• Managing day-to-day HR, this is not a very strategic role
• Support all HR functions with very little instruction, project management in the following areas:
• Onboarding
• Leave administration
• Benefits administration
• Policy implementation
• Recruiting
• Compliance
• Employee relations
• Performance management
• Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Nice to have:
• Experience at the HR BP level
Requirements:
• (3)+ years of experience as a HR Generalist
• Knowledgeable in all areas of human resources: Benefits, compensation, employee relations with very little direction
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
