Job Summary:
+ Monitor, supervise and provide a safe and therapeutic environment for children and adolescents with emotional/behavioral issues admitted to the psychiatric children's hospital.
+ Serve as a role model for the children and adolescents in work habits.
+ Participate in and lead groups and unit activities.
+ Assist with the implementation and intervention of the treatment plans and documentation.
+ Foster collaborative working relationships among members of the leadership and management teams and programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma/GED

Eligible for Over-Time: YES
Eligible for Shift Differential: YES. Additional pay for 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekend!
