This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the US.
The Director of M&A Integration is a key team member within our enterprise Integration Management Office (“IMO”) that is dedicated to supporting our inorganic growth agenda by seamlessly integrating acquired entities.  Acquisition integration is a complex, cross-functional process of combining the people, operations, and systems of an acquired business into TMN.  The M&A Integration Director will be a strategic thought partner, will continue to build out and improve our integration approach and methodology, and will develop and manage cross-functional M&A integration plans.  Leading cross functional work streams, the individual will drive improved effectiveness, efficiencies, and performance of our M&A integrations to support The MENTOR Network’s delivery of high quality services to the individuals we serve.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential function listed below.
• Integration Planning: Prior to the closing of acquisitions participates in due diligence meetings and partners with M&A and cross-functional team members to develop integration strategic approach and roadmap, pre-close / Day 1 integration plans, and post-close integration plans.  Composes critical path, milestones, and detailed integration plans that will be monitored to manage integration activities.
• Program Management: Provide program management expertise with both a deal specific and cross deal portfolio view to support IMO and the successful execution of integration activities.  This includes ensuring that integration activities are completed on time, within budget, and with a quality of integration that leads to impactful results.  Effectively identify, raise, diagnose, and solve any risks or anomalies that impact the program.
• Methodology / Approach: Identify and develop standard integration approaches, integration plans, playbooks, and tool sets to be leveraged by the IMO and broader cross function team members.
• Continuous Improvement : Perform after action surveys and reviews to identify areas of improvement, develop performance improvement strategies and plans, and implement enhancements to drive improvements of future integrations.
• Communication: Communicate results, timelines and status, to a broad and targeted audience, including the most senior executives in the company, on an informal and formal basis. Forge relationships with key stakeholders to make the M&A integrations and the IMO function successful and impactful across organization.
• No supervisory responsibilties.  Indirect management of cross-functional team members required.
• Performs other related duties and activities as required.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required to perform the job.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree from a top-tier educational institution, MBA preferred
• 7-10 professional experience with preference for M&A integration and high-level program management experience
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
• PMP certification preferred
