Full Job Description The ideal candidate will be available to shift from full time to part time hours as needed. Potential for travel to other locations, if interested. Potential for permanent position. We are hiring for a Part Time position. Must be available to work from 2:00 pm until 10:00 pm Sundays through Tuesdays, with the potential for shifts on Wednesdays through Fridays and an occasional 10:00 pm to 6:00 am shift as requested. Possibility to grow into full time position.
Job Duties include: Checking guests into our care. Communicating and coordinating each day with our partners and customers. Transferring information from daily reports into Excel. Making or receiving regular phone calls. Emailing daily reports. Performing daily inspections. Communicating regularly with operations headquarters. Making regular lobby area checks, performing detailed inspections, light cleaning and maintaining work space.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic Excel and Outlook skills, attention to detail, familiarity with office technology such as printers, scanners, Windows 7 or higher.
