Job Location: Tampa, FL Alternate Location: Virtual
Role Value Proposition:
Global Operations focuses on creating positive experiences for MetLife customers and helping the company make the best use of its global resources. We’re looking for unique talent with fresh perspectives that can propel innovation. In this role you will provide exemplary customer service by evaluating providers for long-term care claims.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Effectively communicates policy and claim information and assists customers with adding approved providers to their Plan of Care
•    Provides timely and accurate decisions in a time sensitive and fast paced environment.
•    Identifies information and resources needed to make determinations.
•    Communicates decisions to policyholders and or their representatives in both verbal and written form.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
Required
•    Strong communication skills, both written and oral
•    At least 2 years of customer service experience
•    Experience using MS office products
•    Strong organizational skills.
•    High School Diploma/GED
Preferred
•    Bachelor’s Degree
