Member Loyalty and Retention Specialist, Sr

Position Purpose: Works with leadership to define, develop, and implement retention programs that mitigate member disenrollment and build brand loyalty within the company's membership base. Develops program strategies and oversees the development of business and technical requirements, as well as creative materials to support campaigns. Drives implementation of complex business initiatives and coordinates with cross-functional teams to decrease membership abrasion and improve the overall member experience. In concert with various internal and external partners and vendors, manages programs timely, effectively and within budget, achieving maximum ROI.
• Essential Functions: * Provides assistance with the coordination and implementing of new programs, campaigns and business enhancements.
• * Assists and provides support to Management in all phases of project coordination, implementation, and monitoring of results.
• * Aids in the review and/or completion of action items within assigned adhoc projects. Performs any necessary follow up to ensure action items are being performed by assigned associates to facilitate the completion of necessary milestones.
• * Creates and maintains project related materials through different channels of written communication (memos, training materials, executive summaries, presentations, etc.).
• * Assists in the coordination of marketing communications as appropriate for a variety of channels (i.e. direct mail, telemarketing scripts, web-based communications, etc.)
• * Assists with meeting logistics.
• * Participates and collaborates in developing and documenting departmental processes.
• * Updates training materials and work instructions as processes change.
• * Maintains a working knowledge of WellCare's state and federal contracts, products and benefits to ensure compliance and accuracy in programs and communications.
• * Performs other projects and duties as assigned.Additional Responsibilities:

,Candidate Education: Required An Associate's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
Required or equivalent work experienceCandidate Experience: Required 2 years of experience in project/marketing administration and/or coordinating retention, marketing, loyalty and/or branding campaigns
Preferred Other Experience in the healthcare industry,Licenses and Certifications:A license in one of the following is required:
