This role will provide strategic and administrative support to the Service Excellence Vice President in the Global Services Team in Tampa.  The Ideal candidate must function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manages calendar, expenses, and daily activities. Prepares agendas and materials for leadership meetings
• Works closely with various functions and team members to schedule appointments via the SE Vice President’s calendar
• Support SE VP, and select services for several Senior Directors and Directors, as assigned
• Coordinates and assists in developing associated business reports and prepares presentations and accurate meeting minutes
• Preparation and coordination of leadership visits
• Support the site management team as needed, as the VP, Service Excellence is also the Tampa Site Lead.  This may include scheduling ERG events, meeting logistics for visitors,
• Assist in managing the schedule to include scheduling meetings, leadership team events, conferences, providing logistical support, and making arrangements
• Support cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent judgement
• Anticipate the needs of the Vice President and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support decision making process
• Oversee space administrative needs to ensure clean and effective workspace for the SE Teams in Tampa
• Handles confidential matters requiring discretion and judgment
• Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations, policies, and procedures
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• A High School diploma is required, BA/BS degreed preferred
• A minimum of 4 years of administrative experience is required
• Executive-level administrative experience is preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills are required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
• Outlook MS Office, virtual meeting tools and purchasing systems is required (i.e., Zoom, Teams, Global Connect, Workday, Our Source, eMarketplace, Ariba, Concur, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
• Capable of interacting with senior leaders, senior-level business partners, and staff from regions throughout the world are required
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion, independently assess and resolve complex situations and shift priorities as the need arises is required.
• Demonstrate flexibility while maintaining a sense of urgency is required.
