Full Job Description An employer in Tampa, FL is immediately hiring 3 Client support representatives to support their Public Sector. This person will act as the first point of contact (via email, phone, and live chat) for clients, both internal and external, in a professional and timely manner. Their internal CRM and Ticketing Tool (ManageEngine) systems are used to manage client support requests. A majority of the requests will be handled vis email and live chat, and 35% will be inbound calls filtered through Salesforce. This person will be dealing with clients that use their software package, needing troubleshooting support or have questions regarding the software.
Job Requirements:
• 1-3 years of Client Support experience in a corporate environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices suite (Basic Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office)
• Basic desktop troubleshooting support knowledge
• Strong communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
