Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance to the Office of Academic Affairs supporting faculty, Department Heads, Academic Deans, and the VP of Academic Affairs.
Duties:
Essential duties and responsibilities:
The duties/responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Academic advising assignments
• Coordinate and administer academic surveys
• Online learning support for students and faculty
• Collect data for institutional accreditation
• Generate and process program reviews and outcome reports
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree (Business Administration, Education, Management, Information Technology, or related field) required. Bachelor’s preferred.
• Two (2) years of related work experience or equivalent.
• MS Office Suites experience preferred, strong skills in Word and Excel needed.
• Prior experience with educational platforms (e.g. Blackboard or other course management systems, PeopleSoft or other student information systems, survey platforms) preferred.
