Full Job Description Summary
The Recruiter will lead and execute the full cycle recruitment process across the organization, including marketing, sourcing, interviewing and matching qualified candidates. The recruiter is responsible for assessing the technical, business and interpersonal skills of candidates to ensure they possess the skills necessary to be successful. The recruiter is also responsible for maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates using creative marketing, social media messaging techniques, leveraging referrals, and partnering with local universities and organizations.
Essential Functions
• Engage potential hires over the phone through job board advertising, social media engagement, and employee referrals
• Conduct intake interviews with hiring managers to create/revise job description and open requisition
• Conduct initial technical interviews to ensure technology candidates meet the minimum technical requirements of the role, such as Angular, SSIS, or SQL
• Assess candidate resumes and perform initial phone screens to qualify candidates
• Review and schedule screened applicants for interviews with hiring managers
• Create and maintain a daily presence on social media to brand DataLink Software as an employer of choice including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Glassdoor
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to create candidate pipeline to meet and exceed established hiring goals, including, but not limited to, social media, database mining, internet searches, direct sourcing, community organizations, networks, employee referrals, colleges and universities.
• Document and track all candidate communication and interviews through ADP Workforce Now
• Post open positions on ATS system, social media and job boards to attract active and passive candidates.
• Responding to candidate inquiries within 2 business days throughout the recruiting process
• Managing a positive end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
• Achieving and reporting on metrics through full recruitment lifecycle
• Coaches and trains Hiring Managers and other stakeholders regarding staffing process to drive consistency
• Onboard new hires into HRMS and assist with facilitation of new hire orientation
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in high-volume recruiting, averaging 20 open requisitions at a time
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivery of full cycle recruitment strategies to generate candidates and identify methods to generate talent communities and pipelines
• 1-3 years’ experience recruiting IT talent, such as data engineers, data analysts, or software developers
• 1-3 years’ experience building an employer brand and establishing a social media presence
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
• General HR experience a plus
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Proficiency and passion for research and sourcing through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing, and networking
• Able to communicate effectively both in-person and through written correspondence and presentations with candidates, peers, managers, and leadership.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, working within set deadlines in a systematic and organized manner.
• Sound judgment, high integrity, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Solid understanding of federal and state employment laws and regulations
• Results oriented self-starter with track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic and integrity
• Highly skilled in building and managing relationships
