RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is actively sourcing experienced Recruiting Manager for a Client in the Tampa, FL area. This role is 100% remote and can work from anywhere n the US despite being based out of Tampa. Summary: The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for Supporting Business Consulting roles across multiple service lines based on their expertise. Responsibilities of the Recruiting Manager:
• Working with Recruiting Manager(s) on approved hiring demand and/or acting as point of contact for hiring partners and driving recruiting delivery
• Recruiting Manager will help to develop and contribute to ongoing recruiting strategy for the business
• Full life cycle recruiting with internal and external candidates, including referrals
• Recruiting Manager does preparation and posting, direct sourcing, screening, working with scheduling team to coordinate interviews
• Accurate and timely maintenance of data in ATS/CRM
REQUIREMENTS:
• Recruiting Manager needs 4+ years full cycle recruiting experience
• Experience utilizing Google Suite and Workday ATS a plus
• Well versed background performing candidate screening, sourcing, and talent reporting of trends
• Recruiting Manager should have proven interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages by audience
