Full-Time Job Details Description The HR Business Partner for Bloomin’ Brands is a key thought partner role based in our Tampa Restaurant Support Center. The role provides advice and counsel to functional leaders and managers from the different Support functions regarding employee relations, talent management, recruiting, compensation, leadership development, and our diversity/inclusion strategy. Serves as a key contributor in facilitating a "great place to work" and ensures that employment practices and policies reflect the company's Principles & Beliefs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Working with HR Leadership assists with the development and execution of the talent strategy as part of the overall business plan. Provides coaching on talent, performance management, and compensation matters for defined clients. Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of the business and provides creative solutions to HR issues to maximize success of the business. Provides guidance and responds to employee relations issues, serving as the liaison to the Bloomin’ Brands Legal department. Participates in the execution of organizational workforce planning. Partners with stakeholders to develop and deliver legal, diversity, inclusion, and employment-related training. Supports overall organizational efforts to ensure all practices and policies meet legal and regulatory standards. Assists in the design, planning and implementation of Human Resources programs and policies. Assists with retention strategies to support culture and reduce turnover. REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, required. HR Certification (such as SHRM-CP or HRCI) strongly preferred. Experience/Skills: 3-5 years of progressively responsible HR experience is required. Strong HR experience handling an assortment of employee relations situations, required. Demonstrated operational HR experience in a restaurant, retail, or multi-unit environment, preferred.   Qualifications
