Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for accurate invoice coding, accounts payable data entry, printing checks for payment, reconciling vendor accounts and providing support to increase the team’s productivity.
Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintain accounts payable processes using accounting software & other programs.
• Code invoices and data entry of accounts payable information.
• Analyzing workflow processes and perform vendor reconciliations.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors.
• Effectively provide outstanding customer service through effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
