This is largely a research role at the outset, with the potential to contribute to other key areas of the business, depending on experience and initiative, such as:
Social Media
Marketing
Brand Ambassador
Bookkeeping
Office Administration
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Initiate meetings and phone calls for Senior Associates through targeted outreach (no cold calling).
• Effectively organize activities through company CRM platform
• Follow and distribute sports industry news to Management and Senior Associates
• Contribute positively to an enjoyable company culture.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
This is a full-time, salaried position, with an additional monthly bonus structure. Local (Tampa Bay area) applicants only.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Effective and professional communicator, both orally and in writing.
• Problem solving skills and the ability to think and work independently.
• Highly motivated and organized
• Proficiency, or ability to learn applications such as Insightly, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, and Crunchbase
Ability to
• Organize, manage and track tasks and assignments with changing priorities.
• Make connections that support existing or new business development strategies
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• High level of energy with comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in related field, or relevant experience
