Full Job Description We are looking for a case manager to join our team! The job description is as follows:
*Client intakes
*Handle files from intake to demand – then they pass it on to the litigation person to handle from complaint through settlement
*Communicate with clients, insurance companies, attorneys, doctors offices and others involved in a matter
*Prepare and send all initial letters to insurance companies and doctors offices and medical facilities
*Assist clients with property damage, mileage reimbursement, lost wage claims
*Responsible for organizing all records
*Request and compile medical records and medical bills – follow up on them
*Request accident reports, 911 audio recordings – follow up on the reports
*Maintain calendar for meetings, follow up and deadlines
* Experience as a case manager is required *
Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Lunch: 12:00pm-1:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 per hour
