Since 1992 Coast Dental has been improving the smiles of dental patients across Florida, Georgia, and Texas. Our Dental Recruiters are an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team, and we pride ourselves on creating an amazing candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. Our Dental Recruiters work directly with the Regional Vice Presidents and District Managers to identify the most pressing needs to ensure our business is consistently optimized to provide patients with the highest quality care in the industry.
A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A COAST DENTAL RECRUITER
• You will spend 60 – 75% of your day sourcing new candidates for your assigned positions.
• As you identify potential matches, you will contact candidates by phone, email, text, social media messaging, or other means to connect.
• You will share the Coast Dental value proposition and complete phone interviews daily.
• You will schedule second interviews for your hiring managers and move candidates through the recruiting process effectively and efficiently.
• You will leverage Microsoft Teams to meet with colleagues, management, and leadership to share your progress and celebrate your wins.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Source and contact candidates from Coast’s proprietary database, job boards, social media, deep-web searches, referrals, etc.
• Interview qualified candidates
• Move Dental professionals through the hiring process, while providing the best possible candidate experience
• Build relationships with Dental Schools to proactively identify up-and-coming talent for Coast Dental
QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous Dental industry experience required
• Sales and closing experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a productivity environment
• Creativity and passion for matchmaking
