Job Description:
An innovative Company in the Tampa region is seeking an experienced Clinical Systems Trainer to lead the clinical and non-clinical training of a certified electronic health record (EHR), eClinical Works, for their managed care PCP practices specializing in the Medicare Advantage population.
Minimum Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree (required) in computer science (preferred) AND seven (7) years or more of experience providing support to staff in the operation, maintenance, and installation of medical information systems / EHRs
? Experience with electronic health records (EHR) required; experience with eCW preferred
? Experience supporting large scale user clinical environments
? Experience with managed care and Medicare Advantage preferred

Responsibilities:
? Lead the development of training materials, training content, and topics for on-going EHR training based on input and review from management and users
? Develop and lead trainings for clinic staff and provide support during system updates, upgrades, and conversions, where applicable
? Conduct a workflow analysis, offer implementation roadmaps, and define optimization strategies for managed care practices
? Assist with new site EHR implementations and data migration including redesigning clinical work flows, facilitating end-user application trainings, template design, data conversion / migration, workflow optimization, and supporting go-live activities
? Conduct needs assessment and troubleshoot issues that arise during implementation and recommend specific solutions such as installation of alternate methods and procedures, changes in processing methods and practices, or redesign of processes and workflow
