IMMEDIATE Contract to Hire Customer Service role available! We are currently representing a client in the payment processing industry, seeking a inbound calling support representative, to join their team on a contractual basis, with an opportunity to go permanent.
The position is in office, Monday-Friday, standard operating business hours.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling inbound calls from the organizations merchants regarding account questions. These calls could relate to billing information, changing addresses, handling questions regarding services, adding services, or canceling accounts.
The applicant MUST have previous inbound calling experience in a call center environment.
