Sr Analyst Omnichannel Pricing Analytics
What Will You Do?
The Senior Analyst Omnichannel Pricing Analytics is a key role for the pricing organization as we focus on evolving pricing to create a more omnichannel experience for our customers as they shop Ashley online and in store. The position will be responsible for building our omnichannel pricing plan including alignment of pricing between stores and Ashcomm (online channel), solutions for presenting pricing to customers in stores including e-tags or other solutions, automating execution steps to ensure error-free pricing, etc. The position will work in partnership with merchandising, marketing and pricing leadership to influence and support decisions on pricing for Ashcomm, HomeStores and Outlet stores.
• Develop a pricing roadmap that moves the organization towards omnichannel pricing while delivering on sales and margin objectives
• Create business logic that ensures pricing online and in store aligns/ follows the Ashley pricing strategy
• Lead omnichannel pricing pilot programs and tests of new pricing concepts with store and online channels
• Partner with other members of the pricing analytics team on omnichannel plans
• Develop performance analytics to show how omnichannel strategies are performing
• Lead efforts to automate price execution through development of sound logic and leverage of existing internal tools and technology
• Partner with digital product teams to develop new pricing and pricing-related capabilities online
• Partner with other analysts and pricing team members to develop the overall analytics capabilities of the pricing team
• Partner with marketing to align the omnichannel pricing roadmap with marketing strategies

What Do You Need?
• 2-4 years of finance, advanced analytics capabilities, Required
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science/ Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience, Required
• MBA or Masters Degree in Analytics/ Data Science, or related field, Preferred
• Exceptional business acumen
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of SQL or other database software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Maintain confidentiality
• Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, internet
• Strong skills in agility, along with the ability to pivot easily when directions and priorities changes on short notice
• Perform under strong demands in a fast-paced environment
• Work professionally with customers and co-workers to efficiently serve our customers, treating both with enthusiasm and respect
