A Robert Half client in Tampa is hiring for a Bookkeeper/Office Manager on a full-time, direct-hire basis.
This position will be responsible for the following:
1. Receiving incoming checks and posting into company software
2. Reviewing, verifying and inputting bills into company software
3. Monitoring due dates and cutting checks on open invoices
4. Answering incoming calls while addressing customer needs as required
5. Managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements and meetings as needed
6. Light Human Resources tasks including new hire orientations and onboarding
