Recruiter – Tampa, FL
Warren Averett Staffing & Recruiting is looking for a contract-to-hire Recruiter for a partner of theirs in Downtown Tampa.  If you've had experience on the agency side or corporate side, let's chat.
Responsibilities:
• Source candidates and build a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Review review resumes and perform phone screens for various office, administrative, accounting, finance, and other requisitions
• Help create detailed job descriptions
• Handle all scheduling for manager interviews and see the process through to closing the requisition
• Perform reference checks and ensure all screening is performed to corporate policies
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, etc. preferred
• Must be able to work in a dynamic environment with communication being key
• Comfortable learning various software
