Tranzact Technologies, Inc. is an established, privately held company, located in Elmhurst, IL. We pride ourselves on being an integrated logistics resource company focused on bringing savings to client’s bottom lines. Currently we are seeking an enthusiastic, disciplined self-starter to fill an entry level full time position in our Tampa, FL office.
Responsibilities :
Monthly Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations
Cash Application
Daily Cash Balancing
Daily Sales Entry
Processing of Carrier Payments – check issuing
Pos Pay verification
Weekly Commission and Accounts Receivable reporting to sales team.
Qualifications :
Minimum of an Associates Degree in Accounting
Experience with journal entry
Excellent Customer Service and phone skills
Proficient in Excel, pivot tables, VLookups
Accounting Software, Sage (Peachtree) a plus.
Must be able to take direction and follow through
Detail oriented
