Full Job Description Growing company seeks an experienced human resource professional to scour the market and recruit the best talent possible. We're building an AWESOME TEAM and we need your help.
Responsibilities
• Create and post job opportunities to prominent sites (Indeed, Craigslist, etc.)
• Head-Hunt - Use social media and other sources to recruit candidates.
• Screen Applicants
• Phone Interviews
• In-Person Interviews
• Background Checks / Online Background Research
• Perform assessments and psychologically profile candidates
• Make hiring recommendations; set final interviews for management
Extra Responsibilities
• Suggest new ways of finding candidates.
• Identify untapped talent pools.
• Find creative ways to use websites and social media to recruit talent.
• Identify offline resources that may be leveraged to find talent.
• Open our minds to new possibilities.
Skills
• Proven experience as a talent sourcer.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with personality profiles / psychological profiling.
• Strong computer/web skills.
Requirements
• BS in Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant field.
• Several years experience as a hiring/recruiting professional.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
Minimal in-office contact/presence required. In-person interviews may be performed in open/outdoor spaces of your choosing. IT system supports remote work/collaboration.
