Full Job Description Parker Solutions of Florida, LLC, d/b/a Liberty Health Sciences Florida, Ltd. is a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center that has been granted a license by the Florida Department of Health to cultivate, process, transport, and dispense low-THC cannabis, medical cannabis, and cannabis delivery devices pursuant to Florida Statutes.
The Director of Retail North/South will oversee a team of high performing Regional Managers, responsible for leading, strategizing and delivering an exceptional experience for both our patients and employees. This will be done through high visibility in store locations, working alongside our teams to drive revenue, profit and experience. The Director of Retail will draw on expertise, experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset to develop innovative ways to evolve the in-store experience, deepen patient connections, and foster cohesive, collaborative teams in our dispensaries.
Requirements
• Partner with Vice President of Retail to build processes that will evoke a world class team to drive and deliver results and profit.
• Creates an environment where Liberty Health Sciences core values and mission are at the center of how we approach our internal and external customers.
• Translates the Vision of Liberty Health Sciences to teams, ensuring the lens of our mission is utilized in all decisions and how we approach to conversations.
• Ensures a world class level of patient service is present in every dispensary at all times.
• Creates a culture of achieving sales targets and KPI’s with the essence of articulating appropriate suggestions to enhance purchase portfolio of each patient.
• Responsible for delivering productivity, sales and profit, payroll and compliance in their Region, and addressing of underperformance in a timely manner.
• Consistently analyzes staffing needs and matrixes to optimize peak coverage and congruency between front of house and back of house operations.
• Inspires localized community mindset and integration of events and market presence.
• Increases patient count on an ongoing basis through marketing partnerships, effective outreach platforms and ensuring operational execution of all processes at the store level to enable efficiency.
• Innovative approach to developing new processes and experiential retail, staying educated on current and future trends in the industry.
• Proactively leads conversations and offers solutions and guidance for all field-related processes in partnership with corporate partners.
• Incorporate specialized competencies in DOR’s (Talent, Operations, Assortment) to scale growth of brand
• Leads and execute strategy for new initiatives, rollouts and operational procedures.
• Communicate needs to cultivation and distribution to ensure proper inventory is available in each dispensary, based on customer in each market.
• Transparent communication that fosters ideation and new ways of leading the evolution of the industry.
• Collaborative mindset to share ideas and initiatives for alignment and scalable growth.
• Solution oriented, nimble and changes course swiftly to lead and deliver top industry results.
• Ensures dispensary teams are trained and up to date on all initiatives to meet patient and employee needs.
• Interacts closely with the Liberty compliance and security team to ensure all dispensaries and associates follow State regulations, in all operations, processes, inventory management and protocol.
• Fosters a positive environment of listening, coaching, development, and 360 feedback.
• Completes all tasks, initiatives and deliverables in a timely manner.
• Opens new locations in expected time frame, achieving all standards to elevate awareness in new and existing markets.
• Offer insight and knowledge of new real estate opportunities.
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required
Qualifications:
• 5-7 Years in Retail multi-store leadership, operations, people, and leadership development skills required
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and sales productivity in a positive work environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Collaborative and hands-on team approach to working
• Frequent overnight travel required
• Strategic thinker and strong organizational skills
• Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background (FBI) 3
• Must be 21 years of age
