Job Duties:
Responsible for collecting the business process requirements and performing fit-gap analysis
Develop strategies to assess whether applications are designed to client standards while eliminating security risks
Manage migration process of application data
Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather business requirements for enhancements/change requests
Work with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) applications
Define plan for synchronization strategy and patch management
Establish security controls to help protect client systems
Manage, coordinate, and contribute to Security and Controls tasks and deliverables for Oracle Cloud ERP implementations
Conduct security & controls workshops, manage Oracle Cloud application security design, configurations and access provisioning for non-production environments
Facilitate SOD analysis and support testing of security roles
Own the process of driving the organization to best practices and strong functional and influential skills communicating to senior management and with stakeholders across the organization
Train the core project team (Train the Trainer)
Job Requirements:
12+ years of experience implementing Oracle applications with multiple module expertise in a senior or lead role
Oracle Cloud ERP Functional lead and deep expertise of business processes on Oracle Cloud Risk Management
Experience with several FLC implementation projects
Prior experience setting up, documenting and testing the Oracle system
Understand and apply Oracle methodologies
Prior experience proactively identifing and communicating messages and updates regarding blockers, dependencies, risks and status to all stakeholders
