JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking for Full-Time Medical Assistants (MA) to join our growing practice in our Tampa Region ! The MA will assist providers with general dermatology, surgical, and cosmetic services. The MA will provide patient education, record vital statistics, bandage, handle specimens, administer injections, chart documentation in Electronic Medical Record (EMR). This position must maintain a caring and supportive attitude towards patients, family members, visitors, providers and co-workers. Assists in maintaining a smooth, punctual, and efficient patient flow. Position may also include answering clinical calls, communicating results, filling prescriptions, and scheduling treatments and follow-up appointments.
REQUIREMENTS: Prior medical office and EMR experience is strongly preferred. Recent CMA or LPN graduates may be considered. We are looking for an energetic, reliable, team player for our busy, fast-paced practice!
