Marketing Analytics is a part of Humana's Marketing Organization, supporting marketing initiatives with actionable data and insights across the full consumer lifecycle. We champion a holistic marketing measurement strategy to ensure campaign results are measured with a consistent approach throughout all touchpoints of the consumer funnel. We are seeking a talented leader to join our team as a Marketing, Forecasting and Attribution Lead. **Responsibilities** The Marketing, Forecasting and Attribution Lead is responsible for strategy, execution and adoption of data-driven solutions to support and optimize marketing decisions. The Lead will be a highly visible and impactful position. This role oversees analytics team efforts to provide data science and analytical solutions with the objective of optimizing performance across digital and non-digital channels. This position requires an in depth understanding of performance marketing analytics. The ideal candidate will need experience with setting marketing measurement, marketing attribution, forecasting models, investment scenario development, media mix models, setting requirements for marketing data, and personalized marketing. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing analytics leadership roles and will be a strong leader and influencer of people with proven success in expanding and elevating the capabilities and performance of the team. This person will have in depth statistical/data science experience, project management experience and an ability to support multiple priorities. **Key responsibilities include:** + Development and monitoring of media mix models to inform optimal media investment strategy within and across Marketing lines of business + Development of marketing attribution models (i.e. last touch, partial, weighted) to inform marketing contribution to business goals + Development of investment scenarios and associated marketing performance forecasting models to inform and align with business goals and identify/inform upstream/downstream impacts (i.e. staffing models, agency impacts, etc.) + Present findings and strategic recommendations with clarity to Marketing and Line of Business partners + Collaborate with other senior Marketing leaders aligned to key business needs to develop and execute new tools to meet their needs + Manage and prioritize requests from team members and cross functional partners and set realistic expectations. Transparently communicate about priorities on a regular basis + Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Database teams to assure data processes are automated and efficient and tools are integrated into business processes **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree, preferably in an analytical discipline such as statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field + Experience in marketing measurement, attribution, forecasting, experimental test design and/or media mix model development + Expertise with advanced analytic and data science techniques and experience with R, Python, SAS or other statistical software + Ability to deliver executive level insights and presentations through storytelling + 10+ years of analytics experience + A record of success in attracting, developing, and motivating top talent from inside and outside of the organization, influencing/leading those that aren't direct reports and preparing direct reports for expanded responsibilities + Experience in managing change by leading and energizing others, modeling adaptability, and inspiring strong organizational performance through periods of transformation, ambiguity, and complexity. + Excellent oral and written communications skills, including the polish, poise, and executive presence that will ensure effective interaction with senior and executive level audiences + Highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage many diverse stakeholders and SMEs and win their co-ownership in the outcome + **We will require** full COVID vaccination (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/fully-vaccinated.html#vaccinated) **for this job as we are ahealthcarecompany committed to putting health and safety first for our members, patients, associates and the communities we serve.** + **If progressed to offer, you will be required to provide proof of full vaccination or documentation for a medical or religious exemption consideration where allowed by law.** **Preferred Qualifications** + Advanced Degree or MBA + Current or recent experience in a large, highly matrixed company + Prior health insurance industry experience **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 <>
