Full Job Description We are a leading logistics provider of home deliveries. The Dispatcher is a critical operations role that involves getting orders delivered on time.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle high call volumes when being polite and professionalism
• Utilize Dispatch Track system
• Working hours are – 8am to 8pm with a rotating shift 4 on 3 off.
In the performance of your respective tasks and duties, all employees are expected to conform to the following:
• Maintain excellent record of attendance and punctuality.
• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
• Interact professionally with other employees, and the customers.
• Maintain high ethical standards in all actions.
• Always adhere to generally accepted safety practices.
• Support the company’s culture in actions and communications.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Dispatching experience including dispatch systems and software is a plus
• Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations is a plus
• Knowledge of Tampa, Orlando and surrounding areas
• Provide escalated customer support as needed
• Proactively communicate with customers, both written and orally
• Responsible for maintaining and managing relationships with drivers and customers
