Position Summary:
Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer Position
This position is for an exceptional Electrical Engineer with up to 5-15 years of experience, involved with building systems design. Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is a plus. PE is also a plus. Experience such as designing and drafting lighting, power, communications, and fire alarm systems, including device layout and circuiting, is extremely useful for this position. Good people and communication skills are important.
Electrical Engineer Responsibilities
• Ability to design power systems, lighting systems, low voltage systems
• Experience with short circuit and voltage drop analysis
• Take lead on electrical project designs and production
• Lead the design team - project management responsibilities on assigned tasks
• Attend client meetings, understand project vision and goals, and execute
• Travel to job sites and examine project feasibility, report findings and analysis
Electrical Engineer Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred - related fields to the industry acceptable
• Knowledge of NEC & ICC Codes
• AutoCAD design experience, Revit is a plus, SKN E TAP is a plus
• Experience with building design or related experience
• Proven personable skills
• Demonstrated, and effective work ethic
