Full Job Description We have (2) roles for the same company. One is entry-level, the other is supporting recruiting and requires some type of HR background.

Job title: Human Resources Assistant (Receptionist)
Location: Tampa, 33619
Pay: $16.00/hour
Hours: 8:30-5 with .5 lunch break, but must be able to cover a 7:30 shift if someone is absent.
Type: Contract-to-hire
Job duties:
• This person will be sitting at the "HR Window" at the office
• A majority of their time will be spent doing new hire paperwork and on-boarding
• They also will assist in terminating employees in the system
• Answering the general HR line that employees call into
• Other support as assigned
Nice to have:
• HR/staffing experienc e or background is preferred
• Construction experience preferred
Requirements:
• MS Excel: Data entry, sorting, basic formulas
• Must have previous experience in a role providing customer service
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
