Litigation Paralegal
What Will You Do?
You will serve as a member of the Legal Department and support the defense of employment, commercial, risk management, and other complex claims and disputes. These could be pending before government agencies, in state or federal court, in arbitration, or other venues. You will also provide day to day executive administration support to the Chief Legal Officer and other department attorneys.
What Do You Need?
Associate’s degree in Paralegal or related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Legal roles supporting business clients
• Paralegal Certificate
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Knowledge of electronic case management, e-discovery, litigation hold and other systems
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• A positive can-do attitude!
