Job Description:
Position Purpose: Lead cross functional teams through system processes.
Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:
Create, configure and monitor batch jobs.
Create and manage integrations to external systems via data file transfers and APIs.
Write complex custom scripts to aid in automated administration of applications.
Set up and manage users and user groups.
Monitor & manage system performance and load.
Proactively identify and solve system issues.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of related experience. Thorough understanding of application administration: installation, patching, deployment standards, monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting, security, and custom coding. Ability to write complex custom scripts to aid in the automated administration of applications. Thorough understanding of B2B concepts and Tibco administration. Proven ability implementing new technology solutions and leading team projects. Ability to solve complex problems in area of expertise and mentor team members so that they can expand their skill sets. Proven people skills and ability to represent the team in cross functional IT meetings.
